SHIPPING POLICY FREE SHIPPING WITH A MINIMUM PURCHASE OR A SHOPPING DISCOUNT AND BUYER-PAID SHIPPING Customer satisfaction is our first guiding principle. Therefore, an important concern is that you have dependable, smooth, easy, and cost-effective shipping for your purchase. Shipping, especially in an international situation, is a key factor in your satisfaction. Therefore, we let you decide what you feel is best for you. We offer Free Shipping with a moderate minimum purchase, or you may select to take a discount on your items and select your shipping carrier and pay the rate you select. You can decide at Check-Out and see the options to aid in making your choice. Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the order confirmation. We are a small and low-volume store, so your order will receive immediate attention. Please allow one to two normal business days (M - F) except for official holidays) to process and ship your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way. If any issue is encountered, or the item you have ordered is not immediately available, you will be notified and offered options to extend your order with an additional discount, or you may cancel your order with a full and immediate refund. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES: The allure-swimwear-hawaii.myshopify.com store is intended to primarily serve our customers who came from Japan to shop in our store. Because of various restrictions in our supply chain, we are restricted in where we can sell and are only addressing shipments to Japan in this policy statement. As we ship by various means, the rates vary by product and destination and daily fluctuating foreign exchange rates. We will ship to you using the combination of the most economical, most secure, and fastest method available. Using those criteria, orders are generally shipped within two business days using the United States Post Office (USPS) First Class Package International Service (7-15 days average), UPS (3-4 days), or DHL (1-3 days). All shipping is with insurance and tracking. APPROXIMATE RATES: Your exact shipping cost will be determined at checkout. However, to give you a general idea of the cost of your purchase shipped to your location, please see the chart below. These are approximate amounts. Currently, we are basically only shipping to Japan. Shipments to the United States and other locations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis during check-out. For Japan, the approximate rates for swimwear or lingerie are estimated to be: 1 bikini or lingerie set: USPS $18.00 USD delivery in 7-14 days 2 -4 swimsuits or lingerie sets: USPS $29.02 USD delivery in 7 – 14 days. A large shipment of swimwear or lingerie (8-10 sets): Note: the FREE SHIPPING option may be more beneficial for large orders. USPS $53.82 USD delivery in 6-10 days UPS $47.47 USD delivery in 3-4 days DHL $56.80 USD delivery in 1-3 days Depending on your location and local regulations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. allure-swimwear-hawai.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ssl_allure@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo and description of the item’s condition. All items are inspected before shipment, and are, by their nature (swimwear, lingerie, or underwear), not breakable and packed carefully. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
