ITEMS OF INTIMATE APPAREL - (items that come in direct contact with the skin when worn)- THAT IS ALL LINGERIE and UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Please realize that such a policy is for your safety and that the law in many jurisdictions does not allow intimate apparel to be returned. In this time of continuing high concern about pandemics and communicable illnesses, we are very concerned about your hygiene and your safety, as well as our own. Therefore we do not accept returns of these items. We have no way to assure you that a returned item has not been worn and is safe. With this policy, you can be sure that the item you receive has never been worn and is safe.

We have a 7-day return policy on items of non-intimate apparel SWIMWEAR, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ssl_allure@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Allure Swimwear, 1418 Kupau Place, Kailua, HI, USA 96734. The package must be marked "MERCHANDISE RETURN. RTN #___"
If your return is accepted, we will send you an email approving the return and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect all items before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in the best and most agreeable way we can.
European Union 14-day cooling off period (We do not ship to Europe).
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If, under the rules stated above, a refund is made, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
